ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE
Union of Hope, founded in 2010 by a Community Social Worker – Moses Fred Ogwal , is a non-profit Community base organization committed to breaking the cycle of poverty through mobility. We collaborate with volunteers, local government, schools, community leaders, and health centers to identify and support individuals in remote and underserved areas with no access to affordable transportation.
Founders ‘Belief:
A bicycle can transform lives—whether it’s a child attending school, a farmer reaching the market, or a nurse visiting patients. Mobility is a powerful tool for development.
OurVision:
Making the INVISIBLE, VISIBLE.
OurMission:
To distribute bicycles as tools of empowerment to vulnerable children, women, youth, and the poor in marginalized communities.

OUR OBJECTIVES
- Enhance transportation access for HIV-positive women, children, and vulnerable individuals.
- Foster peaceful interactions among HIV-positive community members through mobility.
- Strengthen community bicycle movements and cycling clubs in Lango.
- Advocate for equitable mobility solutions for vulnerable populations.
